Remarks: The Wright is first listed in the El Paso City Directory of 1914. An advertising sign in the Aultman photograph declares the apartments to be “the most modern in the city.” The building is attributed to Trost & Trost on the basis of style. The iron ornament on the entry arch is a typical Trostian seedpod; the bracket work under the eaves is especially handsome. The entry stairs are marble; the main story hallway floor is ceramic tile. There is a wood double staircase.
