Remarks: The building was going to be directly behind the current store and connect with the present store. The cost of the land was $25,000. Eventually, it is planned, to extend the store on through to Mesa Avenue and have a double entrance, one on East Overland and the other on South Mesa.
Mr. Boschow was also completing the enlargement of the basement and converting it to a mammoth salesroom. Plans also called for the front of the present Texas store to be remodeled and large arcade windows will be put in. The entire store to be redecorated inside and outside.
