Remarks: The build at Yandell and Piedras has the name of Stevens at the top. Did Trost design the original building before the remodel is not known.
The building was to have a spacious sun parlor and reading rooms. The finishing were to be set in sunset tones. Large and small apartments with comfortable lounges and disappearing twin beds.
