Remarks: H. J. Simmons is listed as an El Paso residential client in an undated Trost & Trost notebook now in the collection of Trost family. Harwood J. Simmons lived at 1029 East Rio Grande Avenue in 1910, 1915 and1920. Currently, there is no such address. There is a garden between 1021 and 1031 East Rio Grande Avenue, which appears to be original with the 1031 East Rio Grande Avenue property.
