Remarks:In 1908 the local armory board received the drawings for the proposed Santa Fe Armory from the firm of Trost & Trost architects of El Paso.

The first floor plan had a spacious drill room 18 x 80 feet and in the front a large special room and two office rooms. The second floor was divided into several office rooms. The basement was planned for a store room.

The second floor was changed at a later date to one large room for use of a galley and a drill space.

The armory was completed in 1909 and stood on Washington Ave.
