Remarks: There were eight apartments, each with a sunroom, on each floor. The roof pergolas indicate a roof garden. The Ramsey is one of Trost’s more whimsical inventions. In the twin towers, front loggias and balconies, and the arched entrance, it resembles the right section of the Todd Apartments in Colorado Springs , a Mission Revival design of ca. 1900.
