Remarks: The first floor on Front street will be 4 feet from grade, and will be reached by broad, easy stone steps, with ornamental iron railing. The second floor will be subdivided into rooms form offices. In each front second story will be large oriel window with polished plate glass. The front will be recessed back in 10 feet .
