Remarks: The proposals are for two differently shaped hotel buildings, each with the same title. One is 2 stories, U-shaped, with one arm of the U longer than the other. The second is 2 one-half stories, rectangular. Both hotels provide for retail space on the ground floor. (not confirmed if either plan is for the 1908 hotel)
The first floor will be taken up by a large court, a rotunda and business rooms around the outside. The remains business will be use for hotel
