Remarks: It will have three large rooms in the basement, will lighted. The first floor is designed for a store room. Second floor will be the I.O.O.F. hall, which will be 22 feet , 6 inches by 50 feet exclusive of the necessary auto-rooms, lobby, closets, etc. This front has the usual amount of cast iron and plate glass with galvanized iron cornices.
