Remarks: The new city hall was planned to contain a engine house, police court and jail on the ground floor.City council chambers, and sleeping quarters for firemen and offices would be located on the second floor.
In November of 1905, opening bids was announced by city’s attorney that no contractor’s bid had made bond as required by law. All bids were rejected.
